Atousa pushes the envelope of the hospitality-design industry by efficiently tackling obstacles of budget, tight time frames, and site conditions. She sees these factors as tools for creativity, rather than as restrictions.
Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, Atousa developed her career and expertise at firms including HBA and Studio Collective.

Her portfolio includes large hotel resorts, multi-family developments and high-end assisted living facilities.
Leveraging our methodology, Niloofar approaches each project independently, with a design philosophy that seeks to create a lasting impact.
Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, Niloo worked at prominent design companies including HBA as well as Wilson Associates.
